Tim Brouwer
Managing Director
Tim Brouwer, Managing Director and co-owner of ARIX Business Intelligence joined the company during the carve-out in 2016. He is responsible for business development and client relations and oversees the international activities and special research projects.
Prior to ARIX Tim was the CEO of SVP Deutschland AG, Heidelberg, Germany’s biggest Market Intelligence company for 13 years. Here he founded the “Fachtagung Market Intelligence”.
He is also member of the steering committee for the yearly information industry event during the famous Frankfurt Bookfare “Steilvorlagen für den Unternehmenserfolg”.
Tim studied economics and physics at the University of Heidelberg and holds a Master (Diplom) in economics.
Dr. Andreas Haar
Managing Director
Dr. Andreas Haar, Managing Director and co-owner of ARIX Business Intelligence, has been leading the research for APAX Partners for more than 10 years. In 2005 he started as Head of Research until he became Managing Director of the newly founded ARIX Business Intelligence in 2013. Since then he has lead the company through all the obstacles of a carve-out from the mother-company and is heading the research operations at ARIX.
Before that he was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and Hightech Consultant for The Library House Ltd, a high-tech start-up cluster in Cambridge.
Andreas is a physicist who graduated as a Diplom Physiker at the Freie Universität Berlin. He did his Master in physics at Cambridge University (UK) where he also obtained his PhD in physical chemistry.
